The sole purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you how SEALD SAS, whose registered office is 13 Rue Georges Bizet, 78380 Bougival (France), will use the data you supply or that are collected (IP address, login data, etc.) via our institutional site.

The data will be used by us for internal purposes but may be disclosed to our technical service providers ("data processors", as this is defined by the regulations), solely to allow them to provide their services. Please note that we use a service provider to manage client relations involving data processing in the United States. This service provider is registered with the US Privacy Shield and, as such, is covered by the European Commission decision recognising that the United States provides an adequate level of data protection for personal data transferred to entities located in the United States within the framework of the EU-US Privacy Shield.

The data will be used first and foremost to process your queries (requests for information about our solutions, job applications). The resulting data processing is accordingly based on the pre-contractual measures taken in response to your query.

Unless you object (see the second to last paragraph), your data will also be processed for purposes of our legitimate interest, and more specifically:

• For our business analysis and development (solicitations and, more specifically, marketing messages and messages containing news, improving our knowledge of individuals and entities with whom we do business, business statistics, client satisfaction surveys, management of prospective client file, etc.).

• To improve our products and services (management of reviews and feedback on our products and services, etc.).

• When you have sent an application in response to a job offer published on the site, to build up our database of potential candidates who, although their applications have been turned down previously, may match our future needs.

Your data may also be used to comply with our statutory obligations (including in particular the management of users' requests to exercise their rights, the creation and updating of a marketing opt-out list, etc.).

When collecting data, all data that are essential in order to respond to your query will be flagged as mandatory.

Your data will be stored in an active database for three years following your last contact with our company. On expiry of that time period, your data will be stored as necessary, for a period that will not exceed the statutory limitation periods and will comply with the applicable storage obligations. The data will then be destroyed.

You have a right to access your personal data and a right to have them rectified when they are incorrect. In those cases and within those limits laid down in the regulations, you also have a right to object to the use of your data, a right to have certain data erased, a right to restrict their use, a right to data portability for transmission to a third party, and the right to determine what happens to your data after your death.
